OFFICIAL STATEMENT | Ekhaya FC Clarifies Non-Affiliation with Fraudulent Seller



Ekhaya Football Club would like to publicly distance itself from Mr Roy Banda, who operates on Facebook under the username “Roy View.”

The club has been made aware that Mr Roy Banda has been involved in scamming members of the public, taking money and failing to deliver jerseys and other merchandise.

We wish to make it absolutely clear that Mr Roy Banda is NOT affiliated with Ekhaya FC in any capacity. He is not an official, not a representative, and has no contract or mandate to sell Ekhaya FC merchandise.

Ekhaya FC therefore strongly dissociates and detaches itself from Mr Roy Banda and any activities conducted by him. Any dealings made with him were done without the knowledge or authority of the club.

The club would also like to inform its supporters and the general public that all official Ekhaya FC jerseys have just been SOLD OUT.

Fans are strongly encouraged to only use legitimate and officially communicated channels when purchasing Ekhaya FC merchandise. Official sales points and updates are always announced through the club’s verified platforms.

To supporters who may have been scammed while trying to support our beautiful club, Ekhaya FC encourages you to come forward with solid and verifiable proof of the transaction. The club will review such cases and assist in determining how best affected individuals can be supported or compensated, where possible.

Ekhaya FC remains committed to protecting its supporters, its brand, and its values. We thank our fans for their continued trust, loyalty, and vigilance.
