Ekhaya FC is excited to confirm the arrival of Blessing Malinda from Civil Service United on a three-year deal.
The 22-year-old midfielder, highly regarded for his creativity, vision, and ability to unlock defenses, joins the Cowboys after spending four and a half years with the Servants.
He first joined the Civil Reserves in 2020 and, through hard work and consistency, earned promotion to the senior side in 2023.
Over the past two seasons, Malinda has gone on to make 45 appearances, scoring 2 goals and delivering 7 assists.
Known for his intelligence on the ball, ability to exploit pockets of space, and eye for goal, he has steadily built a reputation as one of the league’s most promising young midfielders.
Speaking after completing the move, Malinda expressed his joy and ambition:
"I’m a very delighted person. Honestly, I did not expect this transfer to go through. In life, there are so many things that you want and desire, and for my talent and future to grow, I saw it fit that I should come here.
A specialist in exploiting pockets of space and creating chances, he now becomes the fourth mid-season signing for the Cowboys as they continue to strengthen their squad for the remainder of the campaign.
