The partnership sees Stevensons Paint step up from sleeve sponsor to front-of-shirt, marking a natural progression in a relationship that dates back to the club’s early days. The upgrade reflects growing trust and shared ambition between the two parties.
The investment provides a significant boost to the club’s stability and operations ahead of the new FDH Bank Premiership season, while also enhancing Stevensons Paint’s brand visibility.
Speaking on the partnership, Ekhaya FC CEO Thando Mhango highlighted the importance of loyalty and excellency:
“Stevensons Paint has been with us right from the beginning, from the foundation of the club when no one at all believed in us. Ekhaya Football Club truly values loyalty and excellence, and Stevenson Paint has been very good to us.”
Stevensons Paint’s Managing Director Beatrice Msindira emphasized the strategic alignment:
“We are very aligned with the way the team is performing and being run. We appreciate that football has the highest following. It’s a sport that attracts almost everybody and brings people together. Partnering with Ekhaya is our strategy to reach the masses on the ground.”
Both parties view the deal as a strong step forward, with hopes of extending the partnership beyond the current term.
