Makwakwa joins the Cowgirls on a two-year deal, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her time with the Malawi U20 Women’s National Team, where she served as a fitness trainer.
The gaffer was also among the founding members of the Lilongwe FACT Women’s Team, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to developing the women’s game.
Makwakwa expressed her excitement about joining Ekhaya FC, saying:

Makwakwa takes charge midseason, with our ladies currently sitting third in the league standings, as she looks to guide them to the top flight league.
