Here is what the Interim Head Coach hold in his preview of our Saturday's test:
On shaping for Saturday's tie
It’s a tough match, but we are prepared just like we are for any other game. It’s a time when we need to move forward. We did not start well, but the victory against Moyale has given us the strength to keep going and not look back.
On unwanted Champion Stadium record
Yesterday is not today. We have not done well at Champion Stadium before, but it is time to change that. It is not written that we cannot perform better there.
On meeting a side with same tally of points [4] and games [4]
That’s why I’m saying it is going to be tough. They have the same number of points as us and have played the same number of games.
We want to build on the form we have started, and most importantly, improve our away record, especially by avoiding conceding in the early minutes of our games.
On injuries and team news
So far, there are no injuries apart from Alick Lungu. The rest of the squad is fine.
Word the fans
I believe it will be a good game. I just want to tell the fans that when they come and make noise to support us, the boys work even harder. It is the aim of both the players and us, the coaches, to see the fans leaving the stadium smiling.
